I've travelled a healing journey by way of massage therapy and a consistent yoga practice. Rhythmic Bloom is the expression of living in
a natural yoga flow and embracing all of life’s transformations. I came to massage therapy while working at a wellness center as an early childhood caretaker. I was often using my membership perks to
gain access to yoga, zumba and water aerobics classes to alleviate lower back and neck pain from competitive cheerleading injuries. I received my first massage at 22 years old and I was shocked at
how much relief my whole human existence felt, and also impressed with how the manipulation of tissue creates such a relaxed sensation in the body.
I became fascinated with relieving discomfort and healing trauma passed through the bones, so I decided to attend massage therapy school
and move deeper into my yoga practice. As I grew in the massage therapy field I noticed a huge effect on my mood swings and how pain influences our interactions with one another. That’s when I began
a journey on the path to become a healer, utilize these resources, and provide relief to others that feel or have felt a lack of care. I embodied a consistent yoga, meditation, and massage practice,
and this ritualistic method led me back to my roots. I became inspired to lead with honesty and truth telling as I built trust with myself. I enjoy a non-traditional path to knowledge and wisdom as I
continue to study the healing touch of massage therapy, the foundations of yoga and the practice of radical self - acceptance as a form of social justice.
I'm grateful to be in community with others whether it's through a book club, collaborations, or continuing education workshops to evolve
in my field of work. My desire is to uplyft your soul with rooted practices and tap into the essence of natural rhythm. The body stores memories (trauma, pain, fear) that no longer support the
current lived experience, and being in rhythm with the self creates new impressions in both the muscle and energetic memory. This repatterning work focuses on somatic movement, massage techniques,
sound healing and yoga to support the body in remembering the connection to earthy elements and building trust with self.
